Why have you changed the website?
We built the site with a responsive design that works on a desktop PC, tablet and mobile phone to allow mobile users to benefit from our content for the first time.
The TV guide has been improved with seven day listings linking directly to programme pages.
The website navigation is now centred around programmes to allow you to find content from your favourite shows more easily.
What has happened to the message board?
We have not migrated the message boards to the new site as we’ve noticed that the majority of conversations are happening on our facebook and twitter accounts. However, we do recognize that some of our viewers prefer to discuss our shows on the website so we are looking at new ways to serve them.
Where have the quizzes gone?
We’ve developed an exciting quiz platform which will be on the site in the next few weeks. Your favourite quizzes will return along with many new ones.
Who do I direct specific queries about shows to?
We currently respond to our viewer questions through our Facebook page and Twitter account so we hope that you’ll join us there. If you’d prefer to get in touch by email please go to the UKTV contact page.
Why can't I watch alibi abroad?
alibi is a UK channel and so we only purchase the rights to broadcast the programmes within the UK.
When are you next showing (insert programme title)?
When our programme broadcast times become publicly available we will highlight them on the programme homepages. Or you can refer to our TV listings which are published six weeks ahead of transmission on the UKTV press website.
