1 - NAME OF COMPETITION: Castle Books Competition (the ?Competition?)
2 - COMPETITION ENTRY: To take part in the Competition entrants must go to the Alibi Facebook page (facebook.com/theperfectalibi) (?Alibi Facebook Page?) and answer the following question about Castle:
What is Castle?s first name?
A) Robert
B) Randolph
C) Richard
Ten winners will be chosen at random after the Competition closes at 11.59pm on 10 April 2013 and contacted by email or telephone by UKTV for their address so their Prize can be posted to them.
3 - COMPETITION SITES:
The Competition will be promoted on Alibi?s Facebook and Twitter accounts directing people to the Alibi Facebook app to enter.
4 - PRIZE:
There will be ten Winners who will each receive a set of four Nikki Heat novels (the ?Prize?).
No alternative prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, UKTV reserves the right to change the Prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
Each Winner agrees to absolve UKTV from any liability that may result from or is claimed to have resulted from participating in the Competition or from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
5 - SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:
All entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the date of entry and must be a legal resident in the United Kingdom.
Employees of UKTV, any company associated with the Competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.
6 - COMPETITION PERIOD:
The Competition will be open between midday 11 March 2013 and 11.59pm 10 April 2013 (the ?Competition Period?), with the Winners being drawn by 12 April 2013 (the ?Draw Date?).
Any entries received outside of the Competition Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid but you may still be charged for the entry where costs apply.
7 - WINNER SELECTION:
10 entrants will be selected at random from the entries received during the Competition Period (each a ?Winner?).
UKTV shall have the final overall decision over Winner selection and this decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of your prize. UKTV will not be liable if any prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control, or if any prize is damaged during delivery or for any other additional expenses arising out of acceptance of the Prize.
Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the Draw Date.
Winners? details will only be used to notify them if they have won a Prize.
8 - METHOD OF ENTRY & COST:
You can enter this Competition free by going online to the Alibi Facebook Page and answering the question about Castle as described in section 2.
9 - ENTRY LIMITATIONS:
Only one entry per person is allowed and multiple entries will be discounted. Any automated entries made by a ?bot? or by using any similar automated third party programme to submit multiple entries will be grounds for immediate disqualification. Where a Winner has been selected and UKTV discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe the Winner has used a ?bot? or third party software to submit multiple entries, UKTV shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner. Any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.

Entry to the Competition gives UKTV the right, without separate consent or compensation, to publicise the entrants? names and to make further use of these in printed publications, on the Internet, in advertisements and in any other context.
13 - This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to UKTV and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of administrating this Competition.
14 - LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
