In Series 2, their cases once again take them through every cross section of Toronto, from investigating antique scams in museums and match-fixing in baseball to encountering a kidnapping at a dance contest and solving the theft of a famous diamond. Never on the greatest terms with the local constabulary, things might have taken a turn for the worse as Detective Greyson is transferred to the Toronto police force and proves straight away to be a thorn in Frankie's investigations.

Later on, morality officer for the police force Mary Shaw (Rebecca Liddiard) spots Greyson removing evidence from a crime scene. Is this stern, highly regimented Detective actually a corrupt cop? And should Mary report her boss?
