This week on Quantico we saw the recruits tasked with performing a hostage rescue training exercise that shakes Alex's confidence, making her question her ability and whether she should quit.

Meanwhile in the future, Alex continues to search for clues, finding one that questions the innocence of one of her closest classmates. But is her clue really what she thinks? No one is who they seem.

2. WEEK-ON-WEEK TWISTS

Binging on boxsets has its upsides of course - there's sometimes nothing better than sitting in front of the TV for hours on end and losing yourself in a story. But on the flip-side there's also something to be said for having a week to chew over the twists and plot points. We also love that it makes the series last a hell of a lot longer!

3. THE EVIDENCE MOUNTS
