British acting legend Peter Davison stars in this detective series, based on the novels by Leslie Thomas. Despite the nickname, DC "Dangerous" Davies is a gentle, old-fashioned and decent detective. But, after testifying against a fellow officer, he always gets the cases no one else wants - and nobody even seems to notice when he eventually succeeds.
