Episode 1 - Koji The Killer

TV star Harley Carter, famed for playing TV detective Charlie Carter, returns to his hometown of Bishop, Ontario, after a public scandal in Hollywood. His housekeeper of 30 years, Koji Yasuda, has been accused of murder and Harley demands to be included in the investigation. Along the way, he discovers that he has a knack for real detective work and may not return to LA so quickly after all.
Episode 2 - The Astronaut And The Lion King

A young man approaches his favourite detective, the world-famous Charlie Carter (although, of course, it's really actor Harley Carter), and asks for help to prove he wasn't responsible for his mother's death years ago. Harley can't say no to someone who also grew up without a mother, and finds a cold case that only he and his best friends, Sam Shaw and Dave Leigh, are willing to reopen.
Episode 3 - The Farmhand Who Bought The Farm

Getting into the swing of being a real life sleuth, Harley has accepted a position as consulting detective for the Bishop Police Department. On his first official case, however, he discovers that he's not as tough as he thinks he is. A local farmhand has been killed by a tractor but Harley insists that it's not the accident everyone is presuming it is. But can he prove it?
Episode 4 - Harley's Got A Gun

Carter wants to learn how to use a gun and makes his housekeeper, Dot Yasuda, give him shooting lessons. Meanwhile, everyone at a tech startup company that was about to be sold for millions becomes a suspect when the body of one of the partners is discovered. Sounds like a case for Harley, although he's about to learn there's still a big difference between himself and a trained police officer.
Episode 5 - Pig, Man, Lion

A local theatre troupe is performing a play written, directed and starring an egotistical local actor. A classic big fish in a small pond, the manipulative theatre director challenges Harley to shed his star status and prove his acting chops. But, when an unstable member of the troupe latches onto Harley, the stakes are raised and he must "play the part" so she won't do something dangerous.
Episode 6 - The Flood

During the storm of the century, Harley and Sam are trapped in the police station with members of a wedding party. With the weather wreaking havoc outside, things are about to get even stormier when the group are hunted by what appear to be an armed militia. Why is this happening?! They have no idea... until one of the wedding guests admits to a dark secret.
Episode 7 - Kiki-Loki

Harley's junior showbiz agent, Vijay Gill, has scored him a highly paid spot in a commercial for a Japanese energy drink. But, when the actor playing the beloved mascot for the company dies on set, it's up to Harley and Sam to find the person who is heartless enough to commit such a heinous crime. The question is - who will become the new mascot to uncover the death of the old mascot?
