It looks like Freddy (Hermione Corfield) and Baba (Dipo Ola) have got away with murder. To celebrate, Freddy invites Baba to go back home with her. She wants to show him her old school, perhaps introduce him to her first crush.

Happy that the killing days are behind them, Baba borrows a car and the pair head off to the country for a tour of the school, a chat with an old lover and a drink at a favourite watering hole.
Back in London, something's niggling at Jackson (Babou Ceesay). Matt Bowers' (Tom Andrews) body was found hanged in the woods with a suicide message scrawled in the dirt beneath him, but where was the stick he must have used to write his last farewell?

Lola (Eve Myles) and Jackson suspect that Freddy is working with a partner. But who? And would he have been able to kill Matt for her and haul him up in the tree?
The case can't be closed until they've tied up that loose end... but Lola is acting strangely and before they can do anything else Jackson needs to understand why.
