Episode 1 - Kudove
A terrorist group calling itself the 'Citizen's Liberation Front' take hostages at the G-20 summit in New York and Alex infiltrates the building to find out who is behind the attack.
In the past, Alex has started working undercover for the FBI at a CIA training camp called the Farm to find out if a CIA operative is a homegrown terrorist. She finds out Ryan has also been recruited by the FBI and the CIA to spy on the Farm.

Episode 2 - Lipstick
The new CIA recruits begin running counter-surveillance ops at the Farm while Alex and Ryan navigate their new relationship with each other. In the future, Ryan and Raina try to disrupt the terrorists' plan to blend in with hostages.

Episode 3 - Stescalade
The new CIA recruits continue training at The Farm focusing on assessment, while in the future, Alex goes undercover to infiltrate the terrorist group holding everyone hostage where she is shocked to discover not everyone is a stranger.

Episode 4 - Kubark
The recruits go through a training drill to test their stress levels and Alex attempts to gain information and get close to Owen. In the future, the terrorists make a demand that could possibly end the stand-off.

At the Farm, Harry is still suspicious of Alex and Ryan and determined to learn more about their plan, while Leon is recruited for a special assignment by Owen. Meanwhile, in the future, Alex is cornered by the terrorists.

Episode 6 - Aquiline
At the Farm, the trainees learn their next task is to decide on a drone strike, which triggers Alex's memories of Simon's sacrifice. Meanwhile, Shelby and Leon's relationship reaches the next level, and Nimah advises Alex and Ryan not to trust Harry. In the future, Alex questions if she can trust Lydia, leading to combat between the two.

At the Farm, Owen teaches the trainees about enhanced interrogation techniques, and turns the tables on his students by putting himself in the hot seat. Meanwhile, Shelby goes undercover, and in the future, a new president is sworn in.

At the Farm, Lydia and Owen teach the group about the necessity of lying and cutting off relationships. In the future, Alex and company attempt to destroy the biological weapon that the terrorists are threatening to release across New York City.

At the Farm, Owen teaches the recruits of the art of seduction which Alex sees as an opportunity to get closer to him. In the future, Hannah Wyland interrogates Alex about her time at the Farm and inside the Crisis Zone and more is learnt about who the terrorists actually are.

At the Farm, Owen teaches the recruits a lesson on the necessity of betrayal, with a mission of getting the Venezuelan Consul to turn on his country. In the future, Alex teams up with Miranda to save the hostages, while President Claire Haas has a plan to end the crisis.

Episode 11 - Zrtorch
Alex attempts to convince Owen there's a traitor among them and the recruits escort an asset with a death wish out of Germany. Meanwhile, in the future, the terrorists use a new method to receive information from the hostages.

Under Owen's orders, the CIA recruits break into a National Security Agency building to delete personal information. And, in the future, the hostages plan an escape to make the terrorists reveal themselves.

At the Farm, the recruits learn what to do if they're ever exposed and a mysterious death leads to an FBI investigation. In the future, Alex goes back into the perimeter and exposes the true traitor within the CIA.

In the wake of the G20 hostage crisis, President Claire Haas assembles an illegal and clandestine joint task force, bringing together Alex and her friends from both the FBI and CIA to unmask a global conspiracy.

While their newly appointed leader gets familiar with the team of CIA and FBI agents, Owen leads an investigation into the strange world of fake news. But hunting down the publishers of a fake story might lead to deadly consequences.

One of Alex's friends needs help when they're framed for a terror attack and, with an upcoming vote in the House for a Muslim registration bill, the team heads to Washington, D.C. to persuade voters not to pass it. Meanwhile, Alex and Owen track down an assassin.

With a series of civil disturbances across America that threaten President Haas's reputation, Clay meets with her to discuss the future of the task force. Meanwhile, Alex leads an operation to expose the Collaborators' plans to undermine the President and teaches Owen to trust his instincts.

With all the Collaborators unveiled, the team uses Clay's engagement party to entice them to one place and turn them against each other. Meanwhile, a team member's decision put everyone's lives at risk.

Alex works with Owen to infiltrate the Collaborators but she realises she is just a pawn in their game and they intend taking down the President and the task force.

With a new light shed on the Collaborators' final plan, the Task Force - with help from old friends - put the pieces together before the Collaborators enact a devastating terrorist attack.

It's the team's last stand against the Collaborators at the Constitutional Convention, where a new amendment to the Constitution threatens the freedom of every single American.
